Hencon was initially formed as a sole propriertorship by the Managing Director Jean-Robert Henry in 2000 and Hencon as a Professional Quantity Surveying practice in 2005. By incorporating their senior registered staff members, Hencon has grown into a self-sustaining corporation that identifies needs and tackles challanges on a dynamic ongoing basis. Each director, being registered Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers, now manages a branch independently with shared knowledge and expertise.
Hencon is a Level One Broad Based Economic Empowerment (135% contributor) company that is proudly South African and representative of the country’s demographics.
