Hencon minimizes risks and maximizes opportunities to successfully manage a program.

In today’s economy, effective risk management is a critical component of any winning management strategy. Managing risks in construction projects has been recognised as a very important management process in order to achieve the project objectives in terms of time, cost, quality, safety and environmental sustainability. We will assess and develop risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks that can adversely impact any project.

    A typical risk management process includes the following key steps:
  • Risk identification
  • Risk assessment;
  • Risk mitigation;
  • Risk monitoring.

Any risk can be categorised as strategic, technical or related to cost and schedule, Hencon will develop a customized risk register to help clients to identify risks; establish risk likelihood and consequence; and develop mitigation plans and ownership of required mitigation measures. Every step of the way, we are involved in the elements inherent in risk management, spanning from assessment and measurement of program progress to resetting of priorities based on the project’s status.

Our safety professionals at Hencon are registered safety practionioners who are fully conversant with the OHS Act and current safety guidelines and regulations.
